As leaders think about developing and implementing change, they must consider cultural factors that may influence the strategies and plans selected. For this discussion, search the virtual library to find three scholarly articles relative to change initiatives that apply to your organization (or one with which you are familiar). Assess the cultural elements that might have impacted the development of change strategies and implementation of change plans. Then, synthesize the information and present a 300-500-word explanation of your findings.

• Embed course material concepts, principles, and theories, which require supporting citations, along with at least three scholarly peer-reviewed references in supporting your answer. Keep in mind that these scholarly references can be found in the Saudi Digital Library by conducting an advanced search specific to scholarly references.
• You need to reply to at least two of your peers’ answers to this week’s discussion question. These post replies need to be substantial and constructive in nature.
